Based in Pasco, Washington, Educational Service District 123 is one of nine ESDs in the state, dedicated to delivering collaborative solutions that promote learning. Serving 23 school districts across seven counties of Southeastern Washington, ESD 123 supports efficiency of educational systems and equity of learning opportunities for over 73,000 students.
