Overview

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society, founded in 2004 and committed to enhancing lives across India by providing education, skill development, and employability programs targeted at underprivileged populations. As an NGO, NF focuses efforts on underserved communities including children, youth, and marginalized groups, achieving significant social impact by reaching over 93,000 individuals during FY24.

The foundation delivers a variety of free or subsidized interventions such as child education, digital literacy, vocational training, and career development through specialized initiatives. District and Career Development Centers offer skill advancement and employability training. Collaborative projects—including programs for differently-abled people and the Hole-in-the-Wall Education scheme—underscore NF's partnerships with over 200 NGOs and various corporate and government organizations, ensuring a scalable commitment to inclusive growth and sustained community support.
