Overview

The Fox River Water Reclamation District (FRWRD) owns and operates three water reclamation facilities: the Albin D. Pagorski WRF (ADP WRF), the North WRF, and the West WRF. In addition, it manages 12 remote pump stations within the collection system. These facilities deliver wastewater treatment services to over 200,000 residents across Elgin, South Elgin, West Dundee, as well as parts of Sleepy Hollow, Streamwood, Hoffman Estates, unincorporated St. Charles Township, and surrounding areas in Kane and Cook Counties.

FRWRD is focused on providing water reclamation and wastewater management through environmentally compliant and sustainable practices. The district promotes community water education and innovation in water treatment services.
