Education Service Center, Region 2 (ESC-2) is a regional service center in Texas, established in 1967, that supports public school districts, charter schools, and local education agencies in the Coastal Bend region. Its mission is to empower learning communities through innovation, focusing on enhancing student achievement. ESC-2 offers high-quality professional development, technical assistance, and community-based programs for educators and administrators.

ESC-2 provides a variety of needs-based programs, including professional development in various content areas, instructional support cooperatives, and leadership services. The center also hosts specialized events like the annual Texas Autism Conference and offers community and literacy programs aimed at improving reading and writing skills. With a dedicated team of experienced educators, ESC-2 serves 42 school districts and 4 charter schools, impacting over 96,000 students in the region.
