The Dallas 2030 District is a 501(c)(3) private-public initiative uniting property owners, local businesses, service providers, and community stakeholders to transform central Dallas into a high-performance building district. Its mission is to increase property asset value, improve occupancy rates, reduce operational and utility costs, create jobs, and stimulate the local economy through sustainable building practices.

As one of the fastest-growing districts, it encompasses over 32 million square feet of signed central Dallas properties. The District aims to collaboratively reduce the environmental impact of building construction and operations—with the ambitious goal to cut energy and water consumption by 50% by 2030—making Dallas a leader in environmental sustainability and urban resilience.
