Concordia University Irvine is a private Christian university affiliated with The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Established in 1976, the institution has expanded greatly, offering a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and online programs to more than 5,000 students. The campus includes Christ College, the Townsend Institute, and five schools dedicated to Arts and Sciences, Business and Economics, Education, as well as Health and Human Sciences.
